Sheridan Station is located in a historic community with a dynamic future. Living at Sheridan Station means living one block to the metro, three blocks to the water, and four blocks from the shops of Historic Anacostia. Walk to the Honfleur Gallery, Big Chair Coffee, or one of the emerging art gallerys on Martin Luther King Avenue. Go for a run along the trails on the Anacostia River or spend a Saturday afternoon at the Historic Frederick Douglass House Museum.

I want to buy an affordable unit. Are there special restrictions?
To buy an affordable unit, you must make under $87,000 and you may not have owned a home in the last 18 months.
